Acceptance of Terms

Bdmbet operates these services subject to these terms and conditions, the privacy policy and any game rules or promotional terms referenced herein. By creating an Bdmbet account or using any Bdmbet service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms as amended from time to time. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the services.

Eligibility, Age and Territory

To open and maintain an Account you must be at least 18 years of age or the age required by law in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You must not be located in a Restricted Territory when accessing the Services. Bdmbet expressly restricts access from the following territories, which may change from time to time: United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, France, Spain, Austria, Germany, Australia, and Comoros Island. Access from other jurisdictions may also be restricted by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local gambling laws. Bdmbet may refuse an application or suspend or terminate an existing account without notice where such requirements are not met.

Account Registration and Security

To register an Account you must provide accurate, complete and up to date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your Account. You must promptly notify Bdmbet of any suspected unauthorized use. Bdmbet is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to protect credentials. Bdmbet reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend or terminate an Account at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

Bdmbet is required to verify your identity and location. You may be asked to provide documents such as a government issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of ownership for payment methods. The information provided will be used for security, anti money laundering and responsible gaming purposes. Non compliance may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals or gameplay, or account closure. Bdmbet may perform ongoing verification as a condition of continued use of the Services.

Funding Your Account

Deposits must be made from funds that belong to you and registered in your name. You may use the payment methods available to Bdmbet in your jurisdiction. Deposits originate from legitimate sources and are not tainted by illegality. Bdmbet is not a bank or a cryptocurrency wallet service; deposits are for participation in the Services only. We may perform additional verification checks on deposits and may refuse any deposit at our discretion. Third party or shared payment methods are not permitted.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to account verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses. Withdrawals are generally processed back to the original payment method where possible, or to a legally held account designated by Bdmbet. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and may vary by method and account status. Processing times depend on payment method, verification status and internal checks. Fees may apply for certain methods or frequencies, and your bank or payment provider may charge additional fees. Crypto withdrawals will be sent to the wallet address you provide and you bear sole responsibility for any address errors. If funds are incorrectly credited to your account, Bdmbet will correct the balance and you may owe the amount withdrawn. Bdmbet may delay or refuse withdrawals for AML or security reasons and may request additional verification prior to release.

Bets and Wagering

All bets are placed using available funds in your Account once a wager is registered and confirmed on Bdmbet servers. You may not cancel or alter a bet after confirmation. Bdmbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet prior to acceptance or after acceptance if there is breach of these terms, fraud, error or system malfunction. There are minimum and maximum stake limits that vary by game or event. Bets and wagers are placed at your own risk and discretion. Winnings derived from promotions and bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements as described in the applicable promotional terms.

Bonuses and Promotions

Bdmbet may offer bonuses and promotions such as welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be clearly displayed within the offer. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn immediately and may require wagering requirements, time limits and designated game contributions before they can be converted to Real Money or withdrawn. Noncompliance with the terms of a promotion may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Bdmbet reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at its discretion.

Fair Play, Prohibited Activities and Monitoring

Prohibited activities include cheating, collusion, use of bots, manipulation of game outcomes, multi accounting, and any activity intended to exploit the Services. We employ monitoring tools and reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts, void bets, or confiscate winnings in the event of suspected cheating, fraud or breach of these terms. Intellectual Property

All content and software provided by Bdmbet remains the property of Bdmbet or its licensors. You may use the Services for personal entertainment in accordance with these terms and applicable policies. You retain ownership of your own content and information you provide, subject to a license granted to Bdmbet as necessary to operate and improve the Services.

Privacy and Data Protection

Bdmbet adheres to a comprehensive privacy policy governing the collection, use and storage of your data. Term and Termination

Bdmbet may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Services or close your Account at any time for reasons including breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory considerations or security concerns. Upon termination, you may request the return of your Real Money Funds in accordance with these terms. Any unresolved balances, including those arising from bonuses, remain subject to these terms and shall be handled in Bdmbet’s discretion.

Changes to the Terms

Bdmbet may amend these terms or related policies from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
